1、 Process principle and flow:
1. Raw water enters the mixing reactor, where chemicals (degreasers or coagulants) are added to form separable flocs;
2. The pre treated sewage enters the air flotation device, where tiny bubbles (with a diameter range of 30-50um) are released and mixed in the sewage and gas water mixture in the inlet chamber. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage, forming air flotation bodies with a specific gravity lower than that of water. The air floating body rises to the water surface and condenses into floating oil (or floating slag), which is scraped to the oil (slag) collection tank by an oil (slag) scraper;
3. Heavy solid particles settle in the inlet chamber and are discharged through the sand discharge valve. The system requires the sand discharge valve to be opened regularly to maintain the cleanliness of the inlet chamber;
4. Sewage enters the water distribution area of the air flotation device, and rapidly rising particles will float to the surface; Particles that rise slowly separate in the corrugated inclined plate. Once a particle comes into contact with the corrugated inclined plate, it can rise against the direction of the water flow under the action of buoyancy;
5. All heavy particles will sink, and the sinking particles will be collected by the bottom scraper and discharged by regularly opening the sludge discharge valve.
